Two decades ago, Sebastian Anduze set up Sebastian Estates with the aim of offering a personal and efficient service to local residents wishing to sell or rent their properties. Twenty years on, our original ethos remains and our local knowledge is better than ever.
Our flagship office at 190 Fulham Palace Road opened in 1987 and 5 years later we had grown sufficiently to open our second premises at 921 Fulham Road and due to our continued success it was deemed necessary to expand further and opened our third office in February 2008 at 827 Fulham Road.
Our three elegant offices are strategically positioned on the Fulham Road and Fulham Palace Road in order to ensure the highest possible profile of any Fulham estate agent, attracting high numbers of buyers and sellers throughout the year.
